Born in 1973 in Wimbledon, Simon Sinek now resides at New Jersey. His first speech at the TEDx is the seventh most viewed video on YouTube. The author has penned several books along the same line and has been among America’s best Corporate Bestsellers. Apart from this, he has written articles for several magazines and newspapers as well.
Synopsis –
Towards the beginning of the book, Sinek explained individuals can be influenced by motivation or inspiration. Both of these methods tap into the same part of the brain; one is driven by fear, and the other is driven by hope.
